I bought PRO on Android. I use the same email on Windows for user. Is there a way to pull the license from Android? Buying the app for the second time is inconvenient.
Or can it pull the license based on sync storage?

xvolt Please read the first post in this discussion 🙂. It explains that you need to buy the Pro version separately for each platform you want to use it on.

I cannot check via email address. The payment on Android is all handled by Google. Please check your purchases here: https://pay.google.com/ - your purchases there also have a "transaction id" - I can check if the Pro version should be active with that ID

GPA.3386-4713-0034-82659 is the number. But most likely then on gmail adress instead of business mail

From what I can see, the payment looks ok and successful. What exactly happens when you click the "buy" button again? It is not possible to buy the app twice with the same Google account, so I would expect the Play Store to send WorkingHours an "already bought" signal

What does the error message say? Looks like some error with the Google Play Store. It's the Play Store showing this error

I made a payment via Paypal which I accessed via the Windows client,
The payment is through but the app is not upgraded to Pro.
Please help?

The payment process is all handled by the Store / Microsoft - I have no insights into the payments and such.
I would recommend to try it again, perhaps the payment didn't go through or was refunded.

Reporting question: our business is construction. I want a report that shows me where and how long my guys have been at the various work sites. When I ran the normal report it showed times, job names etc but not location. I have enabled continuous location logging. Thanks

AndrewMathews WorkingHours doesn't track any location information. It has a geofencing feature that simply starts/stops the timer when entering/leaving the specified geofence. But no location information is stored in the database
