What features are included in the Pro version?
You can view the full list of Pro features directly in the app on the Pro Version page.
When you install the app, all Pro features are unlocked for a 7-day trial period.
After the trial ends, those features will be disabled unless you purchase the Pro version.
Do I need to buy the Pro version for each device separately?
You only need to buy the Pro version once per platform, not per device.
As long as your devices use the same App Store account on the same platform (e.g. all on Windows, or all on Android), the Pro license is shared automatically.
However, different platforms use different App Stores, so licenses can’t be shared between them.
iOS and macOS count as separate platforms, even when using the same Apple account.
Example:
You want to use Pro on:
- 2× Android phones
- 1× iPhone
- 1× iPad
- 1× MacBook
→ You would need 3 purchases: Android, iOS, and macOS.
Why isn’t there one license for all platforms?
To offer one universal license, I’d need to build and maintain my own licensing system instead of using Microsoft / Google / Apple’s built-in systems.
That would:
- Take time away from improving the app
- Add costs (which would raise prices for everyone — even those using just one device)
- Require users to create a WorkingHours account just for license syncing
I want to keep things simple and account-free, so separate platform licenses turned out to be the fairest compromise.

How to restore the Pro version on a new device?
As described above, the Pro version only needs to be purchased once per platform. If the Pro version does not automatically activate after switching devices and using the same App Store account, try starting the purchase flow again. This will result in one of the following:
- The Pro version is activated automatically — your license was recognized
- You are asked to pay again — this means that your current App Store account does not have a Pro license associated with it
- An error is shown — usually caused by a Store issue. You find some troubleshooting tips here:

You can’t be charged twice for Pro on the same platform with the same account.
If you have multiple Google accounts on your device and the Play Store is using the wrong one, make sure the app was installed with the correct account. You can also install it from your PC using this link while signed into the right Google account.

If you are having problems while purchasing the Pro version and Windows asks you to add a profile/address of another country than the one you are living in, please make sure the region and language of your PC are correctly set in the system settings.
In some cases you may also need to reset the Microsoft Store Cache as described here or run the wsreset -i command to completely re-install the Microsoft Store.

Is the Pro version a subscription?
No, the standard Pro version is a durable one-time purchase - no subscription. Only on Android there also is an option to get the Pro version as a monthly subscription (that you can cancel at any time).
Can I move my Pro version purchase to another platform or to another account?
No, this is not possible, it is bound permanently to the account you bought the Pro version with. It cannot be transferred to another account.
How do I get an invoice for my Pro version purchase?
You can get an invoice for your purchase from Microsoft, Google, Apple or Gumroad, depending on where you bought the app. You can find links to the respective purchase history pages above.
