Hey Timo! I changed my phone (Android to Android), and I noticed that my working hours app is not synced with my Windows laptop anymore.
I tried to connect it with Google drive (and Microsoft one drive), but neither works. Is it possible that the issue is on the app's side?

I have the pro version, both in windows and IOs, and I have a question, is it necessary to keep the backup files that the program saves, in my case in Onedrive, or just the most recent one. Can I delete the older ones without loosing the data associated. Thank you.

PauloRamos No, it's not necessary to keep them, WorkingHours does only write them but never accesses them (except the data_v4.wh file). They are created purely so that you have the option to manually import a past state of the database. If you don't plan to do that, you can just delete them

is there any way (even with Pro version) to import time recording from CSV? I'm coming from a previous time-tracking system and I would like (or better say need) to keep at least the last year of all of my recordings made in that other app. In the older app I can export in CSV or Excel; I'm just wondering if there is any "hidden" import in WorkingHours app.

RiVaLa you need the get the Pro version on Windows also. It's shown on the Pro version page, and you can read more info about it in the Pro version FAQs

Hello @timo, and thanks for such a great app! I have a question about sync - is it possible to share my list of tasks with other members of my company? We've got a few dozen tasks, and it'd be nice if this list could somehow be synced across all our devices, so that they don't all have to set it up on their own devices.

@Nick You can set up the tasks, make a backup file and share that with your team - this can make sense when you all set up the app once before you start working with the app.

something is not right. I use the program on a tablet. In case of synchronization or database transfer, incorrect data is displayed. in fact, it is mathematically incorrect. but it is accurate on the tablet. Why?!
for example, the task lasted from 17:08 to 17:22. it's 14 minutes. writes 24 minutes after database import on the other device.

Good morning Timo. I have been using Working Hours Pro since 10/2021 and primarily use the Windows version to track time. I have worked from home for many years and have recently expanded services to visit client locations. I just installed the program on 2 Android phones however, when I sync the data, it only shows time through September 4, 2024. All time since then is not synced. It is the same issue for both phones.

After doing some reading on your site, it seems that all devices must have the same program version. I checked the versions for each and the phones have 2.12.8 (downloaded from Microsoft store today) and windows is 2.13.11.0. Please let me know how I can get the most current version for my phones.
