Hi Timo, thank you so much for your fantastic work. I have just joined WorkingHours two months ago and managed to set up the overtime tag which is working well for me. Now, my employment percentage changed. Could you let me know how to adjust this from a specific day onwards? I didn't dare to experiment in the app as I wouldn't want to risk losing my previous overtime calculation. Thanks for your support.

Marie-Luise If you need to change the weekly/monthly/... work duration you would need to create a new tag because when changing the existing tag, this would also affect previous work units.

timo Thank you so much for your quick and helpful reply. I am now using a new weekly tag and it works well. I manually captured the overtime from the previous phase and added it to the new tag, so I'm all set in this regard.

The only disadvantage is that with "weekly", the time sheet starts with a big minus at the beginning of the week, even if you work overtime on day 1. Psychologically, that's not ideal ;-) also, it is only possible to see at the end of the week if you're on track. Thus, for me, the "daily" tag would be better as it allows to have an overview over the working time at the end of each day. However, using "daily" does not seem to be an option for me because I have different standard working hours on different days. If you see a way to capture different daily schedules while allowing a daily overview of whether you're on track with the time, I'd be happy about a hint. Many thanks.

Thanks for this app! I've used it on and off for years now, amazing stuff!

I just started trying to use tags a bit more flexibly and use the "Standard Working Hours" feature however I have an issue. I work part time so my hours at 18.75 per week, but in a tag, I cannot enter 18.75 hours weekly as the entry box is capped at 3 characters.

In the meantime I have made two tags: Full Day and Half Day with 7.5 hours daily and 3.75 hours daily respectively however this seems to break (or at least make difficult to understand) the overtime tracking in the tags overview.

I have been using the Overtime tag trick you mentioned but I just wondered if there is more sensible way to track this working pattern or if it is possible to fix the issue regarding being unable to enter 18.75 in the entry box?

JamesKelly So allowing more than 4 characters in that field would help? That shouldn't be too much of a problem - I can set increase it to 5. I just set this value because I didn't expect users to need more than that.

timo Yes, if I could set 18.75 as my "Weekly Hours" in a Standard Working Hours tag that would resolve my issue!

I work 2 days at 7.5 hours and one day at 3.75 hours for my current employer so it's a bit of a weird schedule. If you have any advice on how best to manage that with WorkingHours that would be much appreciated.
