When I switch different time ranges within the Analytics window (Last year, Last month, Laster week ...) the program automatically chooses, which grid to use; either a daily grid or a monthly grid. E.g.:
week, month, 30 days -> daily grid
quarter, year, 12 months > monthly grid
(I vaguely remember having seen a weekly grid as well, but I can't seem to find it, so maybe I was hallucinating)
I would love being able to choose the grid density myself. A problem of the current approach is, that anything above 30 days I can't display in a daily grid (even though my wide-screen monitor allows for a perfectly sensible display even up to 100 single days). Also, as soon as I manually choose a time range that switches month (e.g. 10.10.2023 to 2.11.2023), it automatically switches to monthly grid aggregates, even though it's < 30 days.
Why not allow the user to choose, which grid to use? I'd love to see my daily (and if possible weekly - maybe needs a seperate feature request) hours evolve over a full year or more.
Thank you! 🙂
Best regards,
Hannes
