Restore without backup

Hello,
I had a system crash of my PC and have no backup of my data in working hours app. But I saved all my folders of my disc so that I have all datas of the program folders, windows and so on. Is there a possibility to change a profile folder of working hours in my fresh installation to recreate my old settings and storings? And if so, where is all located? I searched in the windows app folder but didn't find a folder named working hours.

... und noch mal auf deutsch:
Ich habe leider keinerlei backups gemacht. Ich hab die Pro Version wiederhergestellt aber meine ganzen Daten sind natürlich futsch. Jetzt wäre die Frage, ob ich die irgendwie über eine Art Profilordner wieder reinkopieren könnte? Alle Daten meiner Festplatte konnte ich retten. So stelle ich derzeit auch mein email Konto, firefox, und alle anderen Programme wieder her, die ich auf meinem neuen Gerät frisch installiert habe. Nur bei working hours stehe ich auf dem Schlauch.

You can copy-paste the data.db file to your new Windows installation

How do you restore the database saved in this location?
If I click on "Settings", Database" tab and then "Import Database", a file explorer pop-up window appears.
I go to the location: C:\Users{username}\AppData\Local\Packages\49297T.Partl.ClockOut_jr9bq2af9farr\LocalState

There are no files in there that can be restored. It appears that WH is searching for ".wh" files. There are no files with that extension in there.

There is a file named data.db

Can I restore this file?

You need to copy-paste the .db file to the new path - importing through the app will not work (.wh is a compressed format while .db is uncompressed)
