Switch to drop description when creating work units from calendar

(Let me start by saying that I love this app and use it across platforms - Mac, iOS)

When creating a work unit (or starting one) from a calendar entry, the text of the calendar entry is copied into WorkingHours' details field of the new work unit.

In my use case, this means that typically a lot of MS Teams or Zoom dial in data gets copied in there. (Link, dial in numbers etc etc).

Both on Mac and iOS, the text is so long that it is not even all visible in the popup or on screen.

On MacOS, a quick Command-A, delete will get rid of this but on iOS, this can be a hassle to delete (the 'select all' step is the hassle).

Therefore, my feature request is to have a configuration switch 'do not copy details from calendar entries'.
If turned on, only the time and title should be copied from the calendar when creating or starting a work unit.

Thanks for considering this. It would make an already great tool substantially more user friendly for me.

I will not add a setting for this very small behavior change.
If there are more users asking for the same change, I will change it, risking that other users rely on the details to be included.
What is the problem when you have the details included? Why don't you want them?

timo There's really two challenges with the copying of the details:

1.
there is so much text in most of my appointments (MS teams/zoom callin info) that notes or useful information I would want to add become difficult to see in all the text - alternative is to delete the text manually of course, but it an extra step as described in the request
I would imagine that many people are on teams/zoom calls regularly and would have the same situation.

2.
meeting details may contain personal information (e.g., names, emails, phone numbers) that I do not want to store in the Workinghours database - for example due to GDPR
