Day Starts at 6 AM or Custom Time

I want to change the starting time of the day. I work until 2 or 3 am , and I want it to be counted in the previous day itself, not a new day. So, can I set the starting time of the day to 4 AM or 6 AM?

I know this has been requested before, but I am surprised to see it is not approved yet. I guess it is not a hard task to add this feature. please add this feature, could be really helpful. Thank you
