Hi Timo,
Even though my region settings are all fine, it is not letting me buy the Pro version from Microsoft. However, I do not want to do the alternate payment method as that is 24 dollars (inc VAT) compared to the in app purchase which is £9.19. How can i purchase via Windows, or if i cannot, can i pay the actual price listed in the app instead of the higher price to access the Pro version?

timo what i mean by 'it is not letting me buy' is when i click on the 'Buy for Windows' it does not take me to any payment page, it just comes up with this:

I have checked, my region settings are perfect. But it is still coming up with this error that i cannot bypass

And also, i bought the Pro version from my phone, but wanted to ask
IF i have the pro version on my phone but dont have it on my laptop, can i still SYNC the data across both devices. will everything i record on my laptop go on my phone as well, and vice versa???

RaedWasim It's a Microsoft Store issue. Did you make sure there are no pending Windows & Store updates and did you try to reset the Microsoft Store app as suggested in the FAQ text above?

Also, another recommendation for the app. Can you add way more features in Analytics. I think the most important part of being able to track your hours is the data that you can analyse to become even more productive. for example, pie charts, average time spent per task per day this week or this month or this year, comparative task analysis, and goal tracking and forecasting. these changes will GREATLY HELP

Great app. I have bought Pro Versions, both on Windows (via WIndows) and MacOS (via an iPhone), but I when I try to 'Restore Purchases' on MacOS, it says, 'No WorkingHours purchase for MacOS found.'

you cannot buy the macOS Pro version on an iPhone. iPhone runs iOS and needs the Pro version for iOS. Have you read the FAQ text above? It comes with an example of what purchases are needed for the respective operating systems. Please let me know what I can improve - thanks!

DrMicky No - the licenses are all managed by Apple / the App Store - I cannot move or refund them unfortunately. You can try get a refund using this website: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223
