I purchased the PRO version in March 2025. I had installed your application on a computer I no longer have, as it was the office computer that I had to leave.
I have now reinstalled the application on my new computer, and after logging in with my Google account, I was able to recover all the files I had saved in March and April.
However, I don’t understand why I’m being asked to purchase the PRO license again. I seem to recall from your previous answers that the PRO license remains active even when using a different computer.
Could you please clarify this for me?
