timo, My bad. I want to say that I purchase from outside of the Windows Store (https://timopartl.gumroad.com/l/workinghours), because my computer has the Microsoft account blocked.

Artista When you bought the license from my website outside the Store, you got a license key and installer file via mail that you can use on your new PC

Hello,

I purchased the PRO version in March 2025. I had installed your application on a computer I no longer have, as it was the office computer that I had to leave.

I have now reinstalled the application on my new computer, and after logging in with my Google account, I was able to recover all the files I had saved in March and April.

However, I don’t understand why I’m being asked to purchase the PRO license again. I seem to recall from your previous answers that the PRO license remains active even when using a different computer.

Could you please clarify this for me?

On what kind of computer (Windows, Chromebook, macOS) did you install the app? Did you read the FAQs above and the part about how to restore the Pro version? What do I need to improve in the FAQs?

Hello, Timo.
I downloaded your app and it's great.
I've now created 9 tasks in the trial PRO version. Will they disappear when the trial version ends? I don't plan to create any more tasks.

manna183 No they won't disappear and can be used, but I don't guarantee that I will change the behavior in an upcoming version that requires the Pro version for more than 5 tasks to be functional.
