The payment process is all handled by the Store / Microsoft - I have no insights into the payments and such.
I would recommend to try it again, perhaps the payment didn't go through or was refunded.

Reporting question: our business is construction. I want a report that shows me where and how long my guys have been at the various work sites. When I ran the normal report it showed times, job names etc but not location. I have enabled continuous location logging. Thanks

AndrewMathews WorkingHours doesn't track any location information. It has a geofencing feature that simply starts/stops the timer when entering/leaving the specified geofence. But no location information is stored in the database

i've bought the pro version (not the monthly one) on my phone app already is updated but on the pc it still shows i have to buy the pro. i have de-install it and re-install it again and also added my google drive for cloud sync but is not doing anything. what am i doing wrong?

Hi, I am looking to use Workinghours. I would like the pro version on my Huawei phone so it can sync to my desktop. But as it's a Huawei P40 Pro + phone I cannot use the google play store as there are no google services on the phone. Is there a way I can get a pro licence key? Or do I need to ditch my phone and get a new one? (I'm kind of thinking of the 2nd option. But the phone was expensive and I'm somewhat reluctant to do that!)

algold2 Oh Noes! I had to purchase it for both iOS and Mac OSX. That's my coffee budget blown for the week.

I'll probably have to spread out the Windows and Android versions over the course of the rest of the month, because coffee.

Joking aside, the price is really reasonable and the cross platform compatibility is key.

Does anyone know when the TempleOS version is going to land?

Hi, I tested WorkingHours for 6 days on MacOS and iOS, both synchronised perfectly. Since I bought both licences (MacOS and iOS) jsute at the end of the test period, the database are no more synchronised. When I record a new time unit on MacOS, it will not be shown on the iOS device.
I am using iCloud sync. I tried to delete the app on the iOS device and install it again but it does not solve the problem.
Please help me to come back to a full mirror of database between MacOS and iOS.

Just a heads-up: I'd love to buy, but I cannot because the Windows app store cannot be set to English and process German credit card addresses.

andxblink The Microsoft Store can also process German credit cards. You just need to make sure to set the "Region" to "Germany" in the Windows settings.

@Geulah The license doesn't sync - the time tracking data does. So you can see the same data on phone + computer.

You don't have an "account" in the WorkingHours app (only this forum, which is separate from the app)

I paid Google Payment Irland for an Android Working Hours Pro Version through PayPal a couple of months ago. However, I could not find how to install it on my phone until now. The only version I can use is the free one, which keeps asking me to update to the Pro Version. Could you please where or how can I download it? Thanks in advance. G.

There is no solution for this. As much as I search my Google payments, the one I did through Paypal for WH does not appear. When I buy ProVersion again, Google asks me for a new payment. I am afraid I have to pay again for WH...

gbf There is nothing to download explicitly, you just need to make sure to install the WorkingHours app with the account you bought the app with in the Play Store.
Maybe there just is no Pro version connected to your account. I have no insights into that - Google processes the purchases and you'd have to ask Google support for more details
