Problems buying Pro version on Windows

i want to buy for the sale price of $6.99 I tried what was in the forum but I can't get anything to work , I also did the pay outside the microsoft app and it will cost $15.00 inside of the advertised $6.99 in the app. how do i purchase?

I also have a question about the pro version. I bought one on my PC and would like to use it on my laptop (both windows and both with the same account) but the app doesn't seem to recognise that I've already bought the pro version. Is one supposed to buy the pro version for each windows device separately?

1st photo above is from the desktop app and selecting pro version button on the left- i can't use this link button, the second photo above is from following instructions above and selecting that alternate link- specifically:

"[Windows] I can't purchase the Pro version
...
You can also purchase the Pro version outside the Microsoft Store and without the need of a Microsoft account here."

I want to buy for the advertised $6.99 but I don't have that option, the price is $15 when I follow the alternate link to purchase the pro version "outside the microsoft store and without the need of a microsoft account here."

Please read the FAQ post above to troubleshoot problems buying the app through the store on Windows.
The price is only discounted for the Store version.

I have talked to my IT people and I can't seem to create a microsoft account it might be a permissions thing. I have already got permission thru my boss to the $6.99 price and will not get approval for the $15 higher price. Thanks but I will find another app or do it manually thru excel.

I'm not sure what information I should get from those screenshots. It doesn't show any error. You need to describe the problem more detailed, otherwise I am unable to help. That login window is shown by the Microsoft Store and not WorkingHours directly

doesn't matter, I accidently added 3 images of the same thing and it wouldn't let me edit and delete 2...
the only other pic I could show you is an error that it doesn't recognize an account in my name. I would stick with the free version but I need a simple export function which I can not get with the free version, that is the whole purpose of me using your software.
