App closes immediately.

Hi Timo, thanks for your great app. Unfortunately, on Win10 I currently have the problem that the app closes immediately after opening. Do you have any idea how I can fix the app without losing the DB?

WorkingHours version: No idea since it closes immediatly.
OS + version: Windows 10 current version, always up to date.

Please make a copy/backup of the database here and reinstall the app:

%localappdata%\Packages\49297T.Partl.ClockOut_jr9bq2af9farr\LocalState

Then check if the app opens. If so, try to move the backup database back to its location and restart the app.

Please let me know if that works or what exactly happens.

Hi Timo.
The app stop to open today. I click on app and nothing happens. It was working for years.
If I desinstall the app I will lose my data? I have the backup. When I reinstall and restore the backup everything will be like before. Or I have to copy the directory LocalState how explained above.

About my post above, I was afraid to make a backup and something wrong happen.
After your reply, I trusted and restored the app at windows config (erased all data) and restored my last backup! All working ok again! Thx!
