Subscription payment button doesn't work

Didn't see this reported anywhere (unless I missed it)
WH version 2.13.12 / macOS Tahoe 26.0.1 / MacBook Pro 2019
Have been using the app for a few months; wanted to upgrade to the Pro version. Click the "Pro version" option in the app and then the "Buy for macOS* ($9.99)" button, but nothing happens.

WorkingHours doesn't offer a subscription on macOS, only a one-time purchase option 😉
This sounds a bit like a problem with the App Store. Have you been able to purchase other apps recently?
Have you tried signing out and back in to the App Store app?

timo I know there's no subscription - I'm specifically talking about the button within the WH app and not anywhere within the App Store.

Went to Menu, clicked on Pro version (listed above Settings)
Secondary screen displays 2 buttons - "Buy for macOS* ($9.99)" and "Restore purchases"
it is here in this screen that the Buy for macOS doesn't do anything.

mw_dhsolutions_75988 I just mentioned it because you wrote subscription in the title 😉
The "Buy for macOS" button invokes the App Store which then does the rest of the purchase process.
If nothing happens, I think the App Store doesn't react. Have you tried to restart your Mac and signing out and back in to the App Store app?

timo Yes and all software and OS is up to date. Yes, my app store is connected to a payment type. It's literally the button not doing anything - it doesn't show being pressed. I can click the Restore Purchases link, but it pops up "No WorkingHours app purchases were found" - which is obvious because I didn't get to purchase it yet.
And yes, I am signed into my Apple account.

mw_dhsolutions_75988 Have you also already updated to app version 2.13.13? There have been made changes in that release that might fix this issue for you. If not, I am really out of ideas unfortunately
