Adjusting hourly rate help

Please can you help me: let say 8 hours rate is 15usd then after 8hours rate is X1.5.
I work from 8am to 6pm.
How should I do that please?
So 8hour @ 15usd
2 hours @ 15usd x1.5= 22.5

WorkingHours currently doesn't have any logic that adjusts the tag values after a certain time/duration
