Hi, I'm using WorkingHours on Mac on 3 different devices. So far, synchronisation has worked perfectly. For some time now it hasn't, even though I haven't changed anything in sync on One Drive.
Main devices: Mac mini + MacBook Pro, on MacOS Ventura 13.5.1
Occasionnal : iMac 27 » macOS High Sierra 10.13.6.
I saw in the FAQ that there could be sync problems with OneDrive business. Can I change cloud, to iCloud or G drive? Can I keep the history by re-importing a backup?

What exactly is the problem? "does not work" is a problem description I cannot help with.
What exactly happens when you click the "Sync now" button?
You can switch the sync any time. If you are concerned about any problems, just create a database backup beforehand

Since sept. 20, synch is not available on my laptop MacBook Pro (capture herewith). A message confirms that the "local and remote databases are already synchronised" when I run "synchronisation now".!

And even when making a change to the database (e.g. adding a new work unit) and then clicking the sync button right after that, the same message shows up?
By the way, WorkingHours is no longer supported on macOS 10 and will not get any updates. Please update macOS if possible. What WorkingHours version are you using?

It seems, as indicated in your FAQ, that all you had to do was switch clouds: I switched from OneDrive to iCloud, and the sync now works. For info, workingHours I'm using I 2.10.0 on my Macook pro and Mac mini on Mac OS Ventura 13.4.1.
And it also works on my old iMac with Catalina 10.15.7. with WorkingHours 2.9.2 (i'm going to change this device). Thank you very much for your help.

Same here, i have to verify my billing for october and novembre there is missing outlook bookings in the follow time in workings hour. In november the missing date are 21, 22 and 23 novembre 2023. Is there a link between this error and the major update on Windows last week and update Office also ? Because it's back this week...

Papous This discussion is about the Cloud Sync. What are "Outlook bookings"? WorkingHours also doesn't have any link with "Office".

timo Sorry for the delay of my answer. But because i had the same problem today i have try to found an answer.
I am working with Outlook/Microsoft calendar to set up every booking a made with my client. I use Office 365. I am on a Windows 11 and the app on my PC ic Working Hours Pro Version 2.10.7.0
Today i have to make my last billing from 2023. I forgot 1 booking, so i had it in my outllok calendar, then i close the app and open it to be able to see it. Nothing apear... I use your system from all the last year and this happen 2 time. I try to understand what i had made wrong.
