I'm having this problem as well. When I went to look at my logs, the amount of hours was correct, but my start/stop time was off by several hours - to the point that it was spilling over into the next day.
I can't find any setting where I can update to the correct time zone in order to show the proper start/stop times. I never noticed it was recording the wrong times before, I had only checked whether or not it was tracking.
Now I'm checking individual logs, so just knowing total hours is insufficient.
