Incorrect System Time

WorkingHours version: 2.9.38
OS + version: Mac Monterrey 12.6.7
Device model: Mid 2015 Macbook Pro

My Working Hours app isn't syncing to my system time. If it's 2pm local, my Working Hours says 1pm. It is registering everything an hour behind and I cannot find a way to force it to sync to the system time. Any assistance?

How does WorkingHours "say" that it is 1 pm?
I am assuming that you are using the "+" button to add a work unit manually. It is expected behavior that the end time is "now" and the start time is "now -1h". You can always change those values, they are just defaults. What would be better defaults in your opinion and why?
