Batch editing of "work unit description'

Would like a way to edit the description of the work unit. My issue is that I may "name" the work unit as Charles to start out with but then once my file is created and I have a file number I want to be able to add it to the future "names". I know I can just type in Charles 1234 but then when I type "Ch" in the future it will populate a both Charles and Charles 1234. Not a huge deal but it does slow me down when I have to scroll through the list for the proper name.

I didn't really understand the request/problem.
You can delete the suggestions by clicking the "x" and you can add to the suggestions by entering it and saving the work unit
