Trouble purchasing the app

How do I purchase the app for the sale price of $7.49? When I click on the price it gives me a message about purchasing the app on Gumroad where the price is $15?

Can you explain the problem in more detail, what exactly happens after what action/click?
If the purchase button in the app is not working, try resetting the Microsoft Store app

Yes, this is about the Windows App. When I click on the price box containing the $9.99 (stricken through) followed by $7.49, another box flickers on the screen for a split second and that's it. I am not able to purchase the Prop Version.

I reset the Microsoft Store App and it did not have any effect.

The box flickering for a split second is a strong indication that something is wrong with the store.
The Gumroad link is expected to show up after the purchase window has been launched (and subsequently closed).
Did you read and follow the advice given in the FAQs under "[Windows] I can't purchase the Pro version"? Did you clear the cache using WSReset.exe as described in the linked article?

Yes. I read the FAQ, reset the cache using WSReset. Gumrod charges twice as much, $7.49 v $15.00, so I didn't go through with the purchase. I've already purchased for my Android phone along with Subtotal: Invoice Maker.
