Tags vs Tasks

This is probably a kindergarten question but I haven't found the answer yet.
I use this product to keep track of my hours for my employer.
I want to keep track of the time that I spend on different projects for this employer.
How do I do this?
Up till now I have used the Task(Aufgaben) to keep track of the hours I work. I have not kept track of the different projects.

WorkingHours version: 2.9.2.0
OS + version: Windows 10 Pro

I tried to give an explanation for tasks and tags in the FAQs here.
You can use tasks and tags for "projects". As everyone has a slightly different way to organize their work, this is flexible on purpose and you can choose one or the other, whatever fits you better
