We are using it with a small team and separate the users with tags that we can filter by. Of course, this is only a solution if you don't have a problem with being completely transparent in front of your colleagues.
Unfortunately, using timers does not work when sync is enabled and multiple clients are using the feature at the same time. Then the entries are overwritten in an unpredictable way. I think I found out that you can disable the sync as a workaround. As soon as you enable it again, the entries of the different instances are married to each other. At least that's what first tests look like.
As a future feature, it would be great if at least the timers were decoupled across instances.
