Great app. One suggestion (so far):
For the icon in the menu bar, when the timer is paused, it would be great if there were a visual reminder - like a pause/play icon in the colored circle. Because the timer counts up in blocks of time (i.e. it does not change very often), I sometimes forget to unpause when I continue working.
