Using Application For Company

Hello,

So I am looking for a user friendly app for my staff for tracking hours that they work and something that easily exports to an excel spreadsheet-which your app does.

However I cant seem to find a function where I can create Tasks for staff that they can all see? Like putting us all on the same network kind of thing?

And to differentiate salaries to different staff if that makes sense?

Please let me know if this is possible with this application?

Were a small company of around 16-20 people were trying to put on an application.

WorkingHours is mainly a tool for single-users. There are no "admin settings" or "WorkingHours backend" on my servers or something comparable.
What you can do is either prepare a WorkingHours setup on your device (create the tasks / tags etc) and then create a backup in the app settings (with .wh file ending) that you can then share to your colleagues, who then import that file into their WorkingHours instance. You will not be able to make changes for them after the import though.

There's another possible option where your colleagues all connect to the Cloud sync using a Cloud space you also have access to. You could then directly access the synced file (either using a SQLite database tool or WorkingHours) and make changes to it. The changes will then sync back to the users device.
