Task with fixed pay but different working hours

Hi, since my app is in German and I didn't find a button to switch the language to English I do not really now how the different button are named. If there are questions, please let me know.

I did set up a new Task, and started working on it. The task is fixed budget per working unit, but the time I spend may differ. It works when all tasks are the same length, but when one is 3,5 hours and another one is 4 hours (for example) it breaks and switches to a much lower hourly pay rate.
The settings did not change between the screenshots.

Thx 4 the help. I fixed it for now with tags, but that's a extra step and very inconvenient :/

You misunderstood the term lump sum / "Pauschalbetrag".
It's not the sum for each work unit of that task, but the sum for all work units of that task.
I think you need to use a "earnings adjustment "tag to achieve what you want. Why would that be inconvenient?

Ok, then the tags are the way to go. I use them differently, that's why it's messing with my system a bit. Thx for the quick response tho 🙂
