Mac <--> Android not synced in pause/play of tracking

Hi,

I'm trying to work with the app on my Mac and my Android, synced via Dropbox.

When I pause a task (either on Mac or Android) - the other device keeps on tracking (pause not detected), and the same happens when I resume - making the cross-platform functionality unreliable.

Would appreciate if you can find a solution for this.

OS + version: MacOS 2.8.2, Android 2.8.1

The sync is not real time / instant, as explained in the FAQs.
