No rotating grapic on taskbar icon (showing recording in progress)

Hi there,
The rotating arrows graphic on the taskbar icon, that shows that time recording is in progress, sometimes does not appear. That is the case right now.
This visual cue that time is being recorded is vital to me - such a useful feature!

Is this from the last update, or is the issue specific to me?

That's not a bug (that I could fix).
