Add Pop Up/Screen Freeze Pomodoro Notification

I sometimes miss the bell notification, be nice to have an additional pop up notification. A screen freeze option will be even better, to force me to take a break!!

What do yo mean with "freeze option"?
There is already a setting that forces you to manually start the individual pomodoros/pauses
