Work Units Disappeared

Not sure what happened. I was adding a number of new tasks. When I went back to my list of work units, may had disappeared from the list. Especially those from this year that I had just billed for. I am backing up to Google Drive, and there are a steady stream of backups there, but I don't know how to restore from a backup (and am not certain that I need to). I checked to see that I am not filtering the list, which I am not. Any ideas?

I don't know how I would be able to reproduce this.
I would have guessed that a filter could be the reason but you already mentioned that you had it disabled.
Maybe you accidentally did hide some tasks (using the "eye" icon) in the task list? That would cause the work units to disappear.
Restarting app or MacOS doesn't bring the data back?
Can you be more clear about what work units exactly have disappeared?

You can load a backup from Google Drive through the app settings (import database option)

Thanks timo - I'll try restoring from the backup. Hopefully, it will go better this time.

This was it! I went into the task list and my "old" non-specific task had been disabled. I think that I wanted it filtered out of the tasks that I had to choose from when starting a work unit. I didn't realize that It would cause it to be filtered from the past as well. Perfect!!
