timo NataliaSantos Unfortunately, I cannot help with payment problems like these. The payment is done by the respective App Store providers (e.g. Google) and I have no insights into that. Maybe googling the shown error helps or contacting the Store support? What error message is shown?

ToddMorgan I believe this app has what i need. Want to buy it. Problem struggling how to use/set up my projects without making new every day. Do you have a video on how to use or someone to call to walk me through a set up?
timo ToddMorgan There's shouldn't be a need to set up new projects every day. Or do you start new projects every day? There isn't a tutorial or video at the moment, but this forum has a few discussions with information that might help you, especially the FAQs

timo -KonstantinN- You can use the free version if you don't need the Pro vesion features. What email are you referring to? There is no "WorkingHours account" (only an account for this forum) and I don't send out such mails

Artista timo, My bad. I want to say that I purchase from outside of the Windows Store (https://timopartl.gumroad.com/l/workinghours), because my computer has the Microsoft account blocked.
timo Artista When you bought the license from my website outside the Store, you got a license key and installer file via mail that you can use on your new PC
