Different look

After a hard disk defect, I had to set up my system again and reinstall workinghours. But now the program looks completely different. It's optically just very simple and black and white.
What can be the reason?

Windows 10
WorkingHours 2.7.9.0

Sounds like you had the dark mode previously and now the light mode. You can switch between them in the settings
