The app is running slow. Everything needs time to complete. From simple things like open a Day tab or open the tasks...
WorkingHours version: 2.7.4
OS + version: iOS 11.6.1

I cannot reproduce this, even with my old iPhone 6s. I also don't know what you mean with "a day tab". "Everything needs time to complete" is not the best problem description either.
Maybe you can share a screen capture video so I can see how slow it is for you

I'm sorry for my draft description... I really wasn't expecting a response so fast... 5*
My English is not the best but I will try hard...
I use the WorkingHours app both from my android device and from my iMac MacOS version 11.6.1 (I'm very sorry it was a big mistake in my first description)...
Lately, I use the app more often on my iMac.
Both apps are PRO version, and on iMac is version 2.7.4.
A few weeks ago I update my iMac to BigSur 11.6.1.
After that update, the app is very slow. Even when I do simple things like open a tab (yesterdays tab for example),
or when I start or end a task. It is not only one thing, but almost everything runs 3-4 times slower than before.
Also, the app is not running so slow, always...
I hope I explained the problem well enough.

What do you mean with "tab"? I was confused a bit as you mentioned "iOS" in your first post but now refer to "macOS".
I have not made any changes to WorkingHours in the last months that would be performance-related.
I would very appreciate a screen capture recording showcasing the problem

Thanks. This is indeed crazy slow. Could you please check these things:

is the app still slow after you reset the database (of course make a backup of your current database first)?
is the app still slow when you disable the filter?
did you try to restart the whole Mac?

Also, did the app just slowly become less and less responsive or did it happen "overnight"?

First I noticed that it need sometimes one click and sometimes 2 clicks to open a tab.

Answers to your questions:
1- yes
2- when the filter is enabled things are much worst, but as you can see in the second video I sent you in my last message, it is very slow with the filter disabled too.
3- yes, many times
4- becomes less responsive slowly over time not overnight

After you have reset the database, did you immediately import your database again? I am curious if the database size has any influence on the performance. If the app is slow even with an empty database, I think there's something wrong that I have no influence on, some device-specific issue. The app is installed on many, many devices from other users and I have never heard reports of the app being so slow and I also haven't seen such performance issue on my Macs.
If the app is only slow when you have your (large?) database imported, then that might be something I can investigate.

Without the database works super fast, except for the tab issue (one or two clicks).
I have a very big database, because I use the app since Nov 2017.
My Mac specs are in the file.

Would it be possible to privately share the database with me (via mail) so I can see if I can find the performance bottleneck? My test databases aren't very big in size.

With "tab" you mean "expanding a day list item"? is the problem perhaps that you are quickly clicking twice? There needs to be a delay between the clicks for the click to be registered twice. otherwise macOS counts it as a "double click" instead of 2 individual clicks

Yes, correct!
As you can see on the video, it is not about double clicks... but sometimes it opens with one single click, and other needs a second click to open... clean & clear clicks
