thank you for the great work! Love the improvements and features that get implemented!
I would love if in the analytics tab I could set the y-axis (time/money) statically, so when switching weeks/months I do see at what level I performed. This is kinda possible already, but a bit hard as each view gets dynamically stretched to the highest bar in the selected time.

It may be possible by giving the option to fill in how much work someone wants to do per selected time period.
