Save Invoice as...

Hi Timo,

I only started working with your apps (SubTotal + WorkingHours) this past week. I have read through a few of the threads and haven't found this topic yet.

I would be interested to be able to save my pdf invoices (Rechnungen) with my own filename. As of now it only offers me "Rechnung#xxx". Up until now, I was using a different style to name my invoices. In my case it is "Rgxxx".

Would it be possible to implement somezhing along those lines?

Along those same lines, I like the fact that your app automatically changes the Invoice number. My question here is if the number hast to be in a specific format? I use a hyphen in my invoice numbers and have been changing the last block of digits. Your app keeps changing the first block.

As an Example: my system: Rg2021-xxx
Your app changes it to: Rg2022-xxx

If that is not possible, pleas elet me know.

Hi, this is the community forum for WorkingHours, not SubTotal.
That said, you can change the file name in the Windows save dialog.

No it doesnt, but the app tries to find a number in your past invoice and increases that. That logic doesnt seem to play well with your invoice number format but I wouldnt know a good & easy way to fix this.
