Automatically add tag to work unit only after it is complete

Hi
For convenient tracking of overtime I use a Regular Time tag.
Unfortunately the overtime sum is only accurate in the evenings after work, since when starting a work unit and the tag gets added automatically the daily regular time gets deducted from the total.
I think it would be convenient if I could tell the app to only sum up to the last complete work unit and leave out the ongoing one.
For that a feature would be useful that lets me set up the tag such that it is only added after a work unit is complete.
