Date format determined by system setting instead of app language setting

The date format should be selected according to the defined language in SubTotal and not the system language. Many developers have set their macOS to English.
Export of WorkingHours with 'Work unit grouping' as 'Group by tags' shows no amount if the tags have different hourly rates. Here it would be great if this is calculated directly in the background and the amount is transferred to SubTotal.

What language do you have selected in the app
What OS are you using the app on? macOS?
What app version are you using?
What date format do you wish to show and which is currently shown?
