Time picker

I'm using WH Pro on two machines, primary is PC and alternate is laptop, both windows 10, 21H1.

On my primary machine, I have time picker configured as follows:

On my alternate laptop machine, I don't have that option, although I'm using the same version of the app:

How do I make it the same?

Would you be so kind to tell me where it is please? I went through all settings, and compared both apps, everything seems identical.

Oh I'm sorry, I misread your question.
So your concern is about the 12h/24h difference? This is caused by the language settings of your PC. It's indeed quite interesting that in both screenshots, the first option uses the 12h mode while the second option is in 24h mode in the first screenshot but in 12h mode in the second.
What (app/system) language have you set in your Windows? Can you post a screenshot?

You were right. I've changed the Control Panel> Region> Formats and fixed the Long time format to be the same (HH:mm:ss)
