Detect workplace

I renewed my subscription, but detect my workplace isn't working now. I have gone in and reset the GPS coordinates for it on the map, but it still isn't automatically starting when I get to work, nor stopping when I leave like it did last year. Can this be fixed?

Can you please add the information asked for in the feature request template? I don't know if you are talking about iOS or Android and what app version you are using...
