Wrong form I know but I use Quickbooks-on-line to invoice and have unloaded SubTotal. Just a suggestion but I think it would be a good idea to make the INVOICE tile on the PDF editable. In Australia if the invoice includes GST (same as VAT) then the title has to be TAX INVOICE. There would also need to be a place for my "ABN", my Australian business number for GST. Otherwise I liked the simple SubTotal worked and know it would be perfectly adequate for many people.
