Pomodoro Sound not playing at times

Hello!

Firstly, thank you for such useful application! Much appreciated! I could not hold much before going for pro version.

Couple of issues, in my first few days of usage. Pomodoro buzzer at times play, at times it does not. No, my computer has all notifications enabled, volume to the max and not playing any other audio.

Secondly, is there a way custom audio file be played for Pomodoro buzzers? Cause when it plays, the duration and volume is too low and hardly audible. I specially would love to have the end timer louder and maybe a bit longer, so that even if I am few meters away, I know my break time is up! 🙂

I have the same issue. I usually listen to music while working, have the timer in front of me as well, but I do not hear the timer go off and I missed it a few times. Not even sure if a sound is even played!

@Wolf you forgot to mention if youre using the app on Windows, macOS, etc
Please make sure notifications are enabled and come through. If they arent, the sound might not be played

timo I'm sorry, I forgot to mention. I am on Windows 10 and on App version 2.7.1.0.

Sometimes the sound plays and sometimes it doesn't, notifications are on.

I want to correct myself. It had something to do with Windows Notifications being disabled, I haven't realised that this was the issue at the time.
I have changed my settings, and now it works.
