There is a need to propagate tags assignment to already completed tasks for historical data analysis. It might be implemented as a button with optional force apply behavior. Force apply means remove all existing task -> tag associations in all completed tasks and add tag references based on actual tag -> task association to these completed tasks. In my specific use case only force assignment makes sense. I work in a hybrid position and combine multiple work roles. My goal is to estimate time share that is required by each work role in a long term over more than a year of historical data. I wanted to associate a single tag with a single work role for this job. It is practically impossible to manually assign tags to completed tasks, so I'm looking for a way to apply my task <-> tag associations for all completed tasks.
