Add global default currency

It is annoying to change the currency for every one of the tasks I create. I want to be able to set my currency globally so it is set to the new tasks I create (no change to the existing tasks).

WorkingHours version: Windows 2.6.11.0 | Android 2.5.30
Operating system: Windows 21H1 (19043.928) | Android 9 (Havoc-OS 2.9)

I know this is not a super useful daily feature, but it is really handy especially when setting things up.
