Clock Active/Pause Icon - Rotating Arrow is Offset From Clock Hands

OS + version: Windows 10 Home, Version: 10.0.19041 Build 19041

Unfortunately this is an intermittent issue. Sometimes when I start the clock on a task, the icon with the spinning arrow (when clock is active) spins outside of the clock hands (see image). Then when I click pause and restart the clock, the icon returns to its normal concentric state. Not a huge issue but thought you'd want to know.

Not able to reproduce this on my devices.
Has this been an issue since the beginning or has this problem started after a recent update?

This happens for me consistently:

Preconditons:

Have a timer active.
The group containing the in-progress work unit is expanded, the spinning circle is displayed.

Steps to reproduce:

Go to the settings, change work unit list grouping
Go back to the work unit list

Collapsing and Expanding the group or closing / opening the App fixes this.

This is on 2.6.11.0, Windows 10. Haven't used any previous versions.
