Hi, I'm new to the app so perhaps this is possible within the app already but I'm wondering about a teams / multiple users feature. Multiple team members could log into the app and see the same information. There would need to be a way to show who completed what hours on a project but this would be a very useful tool for my team.
Basically in each project we take on we need to be able to see what hours have been completed and by who so that we are not going over the allotted budget and number of hours agreed upon by the client.

WorkingHours is built for single-user usage.
You could still of course enable the cloud sync and all your team members connect to the same Cloud instance.
However the timer is shared between all instances so you would need to enter your times manually and mark it (e.g. with a tag) who entered it.

So is the procedure as simple as:

Set up a google account companyXYZ@gmail.com
Set up first user cloud sync to googledrive using the companyXYZ@gmail.com account,
Get other users to cloud sync to same companyXYZ@gmail.com account.
Get all users to add a default tag.

I would very much appreciate such a feature.
The way I would see it implemented is by, in the settings menu, I could define a token, sth like for an example: "#)#@*!<>;-123" that I could share with my colleagues before installing the app. My colleagues, after installing the app, they could just add this token, and they would get automatically everything I configured, meaning, the same task and parameters. When they sync their info, I get automatically all the infos from everybody, in one place.

I am very interested in using this app for our employees. I just need a very simple way to manage tags across different users so that when I or a manager setup the tasks/tags with their associated project numbers, these would already sync and be available to the other employees/team members. Maybe even better the requested feature is actually to include tags/tasks to different sync codes that could be shared with other people. (i.e. I assign a sync code to an employee, give them the sync code to add to their account and that way any jobs / tasks I assign to that sync code will automatically be selectable on their app) - they can all sync to the same onedrive anyway.

This is important because when I setup the job in our accounting software I setup a job code and that is the code that the associated work would be assigned to. User error wouldn't be an issue at this point as I would setup/assign both at the same time. Is that possible?

DPBattaglia This would require a lot of work and also some online component/server that I would need to develop and host. You can just do it manually at the moment, it is not too difficult - you just set up your tasks & tags and then create a database backup that other users can import. Then everyone has the same set of tags & tasks.

But a "real" multi user mode incl sync is even much much more complex and nothing I plan to add at this time.

But if it's "only" about getting new tasks and tags into the database as the team manager creates them, a more simple system could be developed (something like the database import, but without it overriding the existing data and only tags & tasks). Is that what you are looking for?
