Re-installed PC / earlier purchased license

Workign Hours version: 2.6.10.0

Hello.

Recently I have re-installed the OS on my pc.
Most of the data is stored in clouds, including the WorkingHours database, and most of the programs could be re-installed without extra costs.
I'm working with Working Hours on my pc and my (Android)phone, both with a paid license. After the OS installation on my pc I also wanted to setup Working Hours again off course, but for some strange reason I have to pay for the Pro-version again. Can anyone please help me with this issue?

Have you read the "how to restore" section in the FAQs? Are you sure you're logged in with the same Microsoft account?

Hello Timo, thanks for you reply. I'm not sure if i'm logged in with the same account. Is there a way I can check with what account I'm logged in to my mobile phone? I have tried to login to WorkingHours on my newly installed pc, but need to try to logon wiht an other account. But it is not possibel to change the login name / Microsoft account. When I press the back / return arrow I get redirected to the main screen where I can choose between payment for a month or for a infinite period.

You can check the account in the Play Store. You can also reinstall the app on Android to make sure it is installed with the right account.
You can also try to initiate the purchase again. If the Store allows you to buy the app, then this is an indication that there is no Pro version license connected to that account already. The Pro version can only be bought once for each account. It's not possible to buy it twice.

Just to confirm: You bought the Pro version on both Windows & Android and you are still using the same accounts respectively?
