Has anyone had an issue with tags being autoassigned

I am having issues, and it just started where some of my time blocks are being auto assigned a tag that isn't accurate? I've tried deleting and re-adding the block. I've double checked that it isn't a default setting on the tag or the task. I also looked at each block and they are similar in title, task, etc. It's affecting my reporting, and I am dumb founded at this point. I've checked all the possible solutions identified online - and like I said, it just started this in August.

How exactly were the affected work units created: manually, using the timer, Duplicate, or Continue Work? Duplicate and Continue Work copy the tags from the original work unit.

Please also provide the WorkingHours version, operating system, device model, the affected tag, and reproducible steps/screenshots as described here
