Yes that is possible. Simply connect the Cloud Sync on both devices and use the same Cloud option + account. iCloud might be not a good fit for this since it's uses the local iCloud account by default, and you and your wife most likely have two different ones. But with OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox that should work
