mistake in RTL format

when the app is in hebrew, the app changes to RTL as the hebrew language is.
but the hours also change to RTL format, while they are supposed to stay in LTR format.

Thanks for reporting this! I changed the time inputs so that the time itself remains in left-to-right format while the rest of the interface stays right-to-left.

Does the behavior shown in this screenshot match what you expected?

Note: The AM/PM buttons are only shown when the 12-hour clock format is enabled in Windows settings.
