Coming back to laptop WorkingHours starts new session

When I leave my computer, the app creates a new session, how can I remain in that session after leaving for 2 mins? It creates 2 and 3 threads and restarts the timer...
And, is it possible to change what I'm working on without having to stop the current time?

I'm not sure if I understood correctly, but you can enable and disable the idle detection in the app settings - it is disabled by default.

Yes you can change the task of an active work unit any time

No there is no manual. I tried to make the app as intuitive as possible so that no manual is needed. What feature are you having problems with or where could I improve usability?
