Notification never stops, even at 1am!
Geotag seems to do nothing still

What notification setting do you have in the WorkingHours settings? Maybe it is set to "Always"?
What do you mean with geotag? Maybe geofence?
Did you read the recommendations/tips regarding the workplace detection in the FAQ?

Hi, i have settings "on weekdays" - but getting notified at 1am is a biy ridiculous. Also, if i swipe the notification away (because i dont need it today), it just comes back, which means i constantly have the notification for this app, which is quite annoying

1am weekdays is still weekdays.
I agree that you likely won't work at that time (some other users might however...) but I don't consider this a bug.
I would need to add an additional setting for either setting the start/end time that this notification should appear or a setting that allows the user to specify if the notification should reappear after it has been dismissed.
You can request those changes in the feature requests section.
Until then, you might simply want to use another notification setting in the app.
